Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed and undamaged

In its original packaging

With all original tags attached

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange and cover the applicable delivery charges.

Exchange Due to Personal Preference

If you want to exchange an item because of size, color, style, or personal preference, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
